Overview:
Schedules and performs skilled technical and preventive maintenance, functions in building and grounds maintenance, alteration and repair of the facility, follows maintenance checklist functions and maintenance procedures, and equipment repairs.

The person holding this position is delegated the responsibility for carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures.

Duties:
- Perform maintenance tasks including repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining equipment and machinery.
- Utilize schematics and logic controllers to diagnose issues.
- Conduct facilities maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Weld and fabricate parts as needed for repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with staff and external vendors.

Experience:
- Proficiency in English language.
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Prior experience in facilities maintenance, welding, and fabrication is preferred.
